Welcome to Stylists Resource!
The purpose of this site is to assist Hair Stylists in the following:
- Present a list to supply a list of continuing educational resources for cosmetologists in Georgia. If there are other states that require continuing education credits to maintain their cosmetology licenses, please contact me and I will print it here as well.
- Submit marketing ideas for licensed cosmetologists and salon owners.
- Supply a list of salon and spa organizations, whose purpose
it is to serve the salon & spa industry.
- And last, but certainly not least, to present a list of hair shows.
Go to our Marketing page for more ideas to build up that enviable large clientele!

Perm Tips for Tricky Hair - suggestions on how to perm naturally wavy hair and the client with board-straight hair that only wants body.
The State of Georgia requires all cosmetologists to take 5 hours of continuing education, CEU's, to renew their license.
Three of the 5 CEU hours must be
health and safety courses developed by the Georgia Department of Technical and Adult Education.
The other 2 CEU's have to be completed by attending a cosmetology industry trade/product show or by completing other approved CEU courses
in health and safety, industry trends, computer skills, business management or related areas of practice.
If your state requires more continuing education units, CEU's, for you to renew your license, please let me know
and I will put it up on this site
To bring out the talent that you have attend hair shows! For future shows and information on shows go to our Hair Shows
